Role Description The Playwright Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for developing and refining theatrical content and scripts for company initiatives, training programs, or client-focused projects. Day-to-day activities include conceptualizing plays, drafting and revising scripts, collaborating with creative and technical teams, and integrating dramatic elements into presentations or performances. The role involves conducting dramaturgical research, ensuring narrative coherence,



and adapting material to different formats or audiences.

The Playwright

Engineer will also participate in workshops, feedback sessions, and rehearsals to enhance the quality and impact of dramatic content.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and structure theatrical works using skills in playwriting and plays.
- Solid foundation in dramaturgy and drama to shape compelling narratives and characters.
- Proficiency in scriptwriting for stage, training modules, and multimedia presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and storytelling clarity.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, directors, and performers.
- Capability to research and incorporate thematic, cultural, and contextual elements into scripts.
- Bachelor’s degree in literature, performing arts, creative writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in theater production, corporate training content, or educational drama is an advantage.
