Role Description

We are looking for a Platform Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in platform engineering, software development, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, microservices, automation, DevOps technologies, distributed systems, and scalable digital platforms.

The Platform Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software platforms, backend services, APIs, databases, automation tools, internal systems, and shared technology infrastructure.

The role may involve working with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, or Go, along with backend frameworks, REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD pipelines, microservices, monitoring tools, and modern platform-engineering technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, backend development, software development, cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, application development, system engineering, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Platform Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer,



Systems Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Application Software Engineer, Java Developer, Python Developer, Associate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, or a similar language.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, exception handling, software architecture, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, schemas, joins, indexing, transactions, queries, CRUD operations, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable backend systems, or event-driven platforms will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, orchestration, virtual machines, serverless technologies, or cloud-native applications will be beneficial.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar automation technologies will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Basic understanding of Linux, Unix, command-line tools, shell scripting, deployment, application configuration,



and server environments will be beneficial.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or similar technologies will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven architecture will be beneficial.
- Exposure to monitoring, observability, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, or tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, or similar technologies will be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, firewalls, ports, TCP/IP, APIs, and network security will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, IAM, role-based access control, API security, secrets management, encryption, or secure coding practices will be advantageous.
- Exposure to application scalability, performance optimization, reliability, fault tolerance, high availability, backup, and disaster-recovery concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to unit testing, API testing, integration testing, Postman, JUnit, PyTest, Jest, or similar testing technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, internal tools, or enterprise software platforms will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, change management, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements and contribute to reliable, scalable, secure, maintainable, and efficient platform solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, platform project, backend project, cloud project, DevOps project, API project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full time platform-engineering experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, cloud technologies, platform tools, databases, DevOps practices, and modern software-engineering concepts.
