We are seeking an experienced Platform Solution Architect to serve as the technical authority for a large-scale, cloud-native AI platform.

The role will own architectural decisions across LLM integration, multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation. You will lead the architecture review process and serve as the senior technical point of contact.

What You'll Do

- Design end-to-end platform architecture across all technical domains.
- Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and lead the architecture review board.
- Define integration architecture across enterprise systems and communication channels.
- Design AI agent orchestration patterns and multi-agent workflow models.
- Define security architecture covering identity, access control, audit, and data governance.
- Review and approve API contracts, data schemas, and tool definitions.
- Mentor engineering teams on design patterns and best practices.
- Lead technical client-facing discussions and solutioning sessions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience,



with 4+ years in platform or solution architecture.
- Deep knowledge of LLM APIs and agentic system design patterns.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platform design at enterprise scale.
- Strong experience with event-driven architecture, including Kafka or equivalent message streaming .
- Experience with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, or Azure .
- Experience with graph and relational databases, vector stores, and RAG pipeline design.
- Strong understanding of security architecture, including OAuth 2.0, RBAC/ABAC, and zero-trust .
- Experience with observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana .
- Robust communication skills across both engineering and executive audiences.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or tool-calling standards.
- Background in ITSM or enterprise service management .
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent Azure certification.
