About Our Client Leading Healthcare VC Your responsibilities will span these key areas:

- Attract, Engage with, and Assess High-Quality Founders: Identify top-tier founding entrepreneurs for the fund to invest in, with such founders running independent portfolio companies following fund's investment.
- Building a robust brand through marketing and communications activities that reliably produce traction and founders.
- Manage the founder platform and experience for founders following investment, coordinating the strategic support services the fund provides to its portfolio companies.

The Successful Applicant





- 5+ years of relevant work experience ideally within a VC or startup(and an Ex-VC), preferably in an international context
- Excellent judge of top tier talent
- Robust understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
