Duties and Responsibilities
- Project implementation
- Provide support, such as user acceptance testing, to new software and feedback related to development items such as user interface design
- To maintain and enhance performance of all new and existing software and platforms
- To co-ordinate with multiple teams to execute projects as per requirement
- To review Business requirement, creating use cases
- To review solution document and get sign off from stakeholders
- To review test cases from QA team and support development team for successful completion of UAT
- To conduct thorough analysis of system issues being faced by business and help resolve by identifying prospect for technology enhancement
- To train users on newly implemented system, preparing SOPs and user manual
- Proactively participate in project communication and presentation sessions
- Building and performing project relevant presentations and solution demonstrations, delivered in-person and remotely on call
- To analyse and articulate business requirements and be able to write a BRD
