Position Overview The Cloud Services team is seeking a Senior Cloud Reliability Engineer to help design, operate, and continuously improve Cloud API Hosting Platforms a large-scale, multi-cloud platform environment (AWS & GCP skills preferred).

This team is responsible for the engineering, reliability, and governance of 200+ cloud services supporting critical business workloads. The role blends hands-on technical delivery with platform strategy, reliability standards, and automation at scale .

You will work closely with global engineering, security, and infrastructure teams, including senior leadership, to ensure Cloud API Hosting Platforms are secure, resilient, observable, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

- Assists in the development, maintenance and operations of IT services across 200+ infra services across our Cloud transformation landscape.
- Develop solutions and drive adoption of enterprise solutions such as Cyber Protection, Disaster Recovery, and Security enhancements, across Line of business teams.
- Drive improvement, through automation, of software delivered as a service from an efficiency and simplicity perspective.
- Provide clear operational documents and construction/support specifications to IT userbase.
- Provide insight into operational Metrics across the entire Cloud Environment.
- Consult with customers on any new requirements,



design questions or functionality configurations for environments on and off premise
- Deliver the tooling and capabilities needed to enable cloud compliance, metrics, reporting and cost management roadmap and strategy.
- Participate in incident resolution and change implementation as necessary. This may occasionally include support during non standard hours.

Required Skills & Experience

- Expert cloud engineering mindset with cloud experience across public cloud providers and the technologies most frequently used in engineering and managing highly reliable and automated technology environments.
- Expert experience with API management or hosting platforms (Apigee, AWS API Gateway)
- Expertise with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems).
- Expert knowledge of performance and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, Cloud Trail, and related tools.
- Expert understanding of CI/CD, release automation, and DevOps tooling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, API security, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience with incident command roles in major incident processes.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with cloud product management, cloud engineering, and Agile principles.
- Intermediate Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Intermediate knowledge of Ansible.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is also a plus.
