Responsibilities

- Support Planview SaaS applications: monitoring, delivery coordination, and reporting.
- Provide functional and technical support and troubleshooting for complex client issues and incidents, working trouble tickets, SQL jobs, and application-level diagnostics (including IIS).
- Develop and maintain documentation for client systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Planview's managed services offerings and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver client training programs and Planview functionality walkthroughs.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities.
- Assist in developing service improvement plans and initiatives for client accounts.
- Conduct regular health checks and performance assessments of client environments, including portfolio setup, configuration, and administration.
- Manage user access, security roles, and governance within client portfolios.
- Build reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to give clients visibility into portfolio health, risk, and performance.
- Maintain positive,



trusted relationships with customers through proactive communication and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in managed services, technical support, or SaaS application administration.
- Intermediate SQL skills (Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL) and comfort troubleshooting web/application-tier issues (e.g., IIS).
- Working knowledge of project/agile/lean portfolio management concepts and tools (Planview, Clarity, CA PPM, JIRA, or similar).
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools, Power BI preferred.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as they relate to portfolio management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently as a subject matter expert for clients.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work shifts aligned to supported customer time zones (e.g., US or European hours).
