Role Overview

TRUE ARTIS is looking for a skilled and patient-focused Plastic Surgeon to join our specialised aesthetic surgery team. The surgeon will independently manage consultations, surgical procedures and post-operative care while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate surgical or non-surgical treatments.
- Perform aesthetic and plastic surgery procedures independently.
- Manage pre-operative evaluation, surgical planning and post-operative follow-ups.
- Ensure proper patient counselling, informed consent and expectation setting.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Coordinate with anaesthesia, nursing, patient-care and operations teams.
- Follow all clinical protocols, infection-control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support patient education, clinical content and brand-building initiatives where required.

- VASER liposuction and high-definition body sculpting
- Tummy tuck and body-lift procedures
- Gynecomastia surgery
- Breast augmentation, reduction and lift
- Rhinoplasty
- Facelift, blepharoplasty and facial aesthetic procedures
- Hair transplant and other aesthetic procedures

Preferred Candidate Profile
- MCh or DNB in Plastic Surgery from a recognised institution.
- Valid medical registration.
- Experience in cosmetic and aesthetic surgery is preferred.
- Strong surgical skills and sound clinical judgement.
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Ethical, outcome-focused and committed to patient safety.
- Candidates should be open to working at either Gurugram or Delhi.
