Shift Timings: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) / US EST Primetime

Role Overview

We are looking for a Platform Developer with 4–6 years of experience to build and refine custom platform components, developer tools, and internal microservices. In this role, you will write clean code, support API integrations, and work closely with client engineering teams during US overlap hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Development Standards: Write reusable code, follow core software patterns, and maintain technical documentation. Help onboard and guide junior developers.
- Software Development: Build, test, and support backend services, custom tools, and API integrations. Keep database queries productive and services responsive.
- Agile Participation: Work within Scrum teams alongside product managers and architects to break down technical requirements into actionable code commits.




- Maintenance & Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on platform issues, fix backend bugs, and automate test and deployment steps.

Required Technical & Professional Skills

- Experience: 4 to 6 years of software development experience centered on platform tools or backend engineering.
- Core Languages: Strong skills in object-oriented programming and computer science basics using Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- APIs & Services: Hands-on experience designing RESTful APIs, gRPC endpoints, or event-driven microservices.
- Cloud & Containers: Practical experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Databases: Solid understanding of relational schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching tools (Redis, MongoDB).
- Tooling: Direct experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and unit testing frameworks.
