- Supervise day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth production.

- Manage and monitor machinery, production lines and processing activities.

- Ensure production is carried out as per quality and quantity requirements.

- Allocate work to operators and workers and monitor their performance.

- Monitor raw material feeding, production output, wastage and finished goods.

- Maintain daily production, stock, machine and manpower records.

- Identify machine/process issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline within the plant.

- Monitor electricity, water and other utilities to minimize unnecessary consumption.

- Ensure proper segregation and handling of different types of plastic materials.

- Check the quality of finished granules and report deviations to management.





- Coordinate with purchase, stores, accounts and management regarding production requirements.

- Ensure proper loading, unloading and storage of raw materials and finished products.

- Train workers on machine operation, safety procedures and work practices.

- Report daily production, downtime, wastage, manpower and other key plant information to management.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable environmental and safety requirements.

- Take responsibility for overall plant discipline and operational efficiency

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
