– Plant Operator – Precious Metal Processing

Key Responsibilities

- Operate plant and process equipment as per SOPs and operating instructions.
- Support precious metal processing and refining operations.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain required operating conditions.
- Carry out material charging, transfer, unloading, and other process activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or deviations.
- Perform routine checks of plant equipment and operating parameters.
- Coordinate with the Laboratory/Quality team for process sampling and testing.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams during equipment issues.
- Maintain shift-wise production, process, and equipment records.
- Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment-related problems.
- Follow SOPs, PPE requirements, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure proper handling, identification, and traceability of process materials.
- Support production targets, process efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.Sc.



Chemistry or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in plant/process/refinery operations.
- Experience in precious metals, refinery, chemical processing, metallurgy, mineral processing, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of plant operations and process monitoring.
- Experience in operating process equipment and handling materials.
- Good understanding of safety procedures and SOP compliance.
- Solid observation and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
