: Plant Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.Acts as the key leader driving operational excellence and workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and environmental standards.

- Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and lean manufacturing practices. Manage workforce planning, training, and performance management.

- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.

- Own plant budgets, cost control, and capital expenditure planning.

- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams for seamless execution.

- Build and nurture a performance-driven, team-oriented,



and safety-conscious workforce. Leads employee engagement, training, and career development.

- Champion continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations; MBA preferred.

- 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in leadership. Strong knowledge of production systems, lean/TPM practices, and compliance frameworks.

- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
