- Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Authority/Client throughout the concession period, managing all contractual communications and stakeholder coordination at O&M; sites.
- Ensures compliance with lender and partner conditions precedent (CPs) during the O&M; phase and adherence to customer contract obligations.
- Intervenes in cases of sustained underperformance and initiates corrective actions, including onboarding recent operators if required, to restore plant performance.
- Oversees water supply operations and ensures timely invoicing to customers in water supply contracts.
- Reviews daily operational reports, initiates corrective actions, and prepares monthly MIS reports for management, SPV Board/shareholders,
and lenders; coordinates with end customers as needed.
- Responsible for revenue collection from the Project Authority.
- Reviews and certifies O&M; contractor invoices.
- Manages and ensures compliance with concessionaire-specific obligations under the Concession Agreement.
- Monitors adherence to daily maintenance schedules and verifies that all contractual performance parameters are met.
- Ensures efficient plant operations in line with contractual requirements, international safety standards, and high housekeeping standards.
- 15+ years relevant Experience.
