ARMTEC Engineerings is a fast-growing rice mill machinery manufacturer targeting 150 crore in revenue this financial year. We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to build and own the HR function from the ground up someone who can set up systems where none exist today, and then develop and scale them across every aspect of HR: recruitment, compliance, payroll, performance, and culture. This is a hands-on, founding role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain.

Key Responsibilities

Build the HR department from scratch design and implement end-to-end systems for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and exit management.

Ensure full statutory and legal compliance: PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, and Shops & Establishment norms.

¢ Lead recruitment across shop-floor, production, sales, and support functions to keep pace with business growth.

¢ Design and roll out performance management systems, KPI tracking, and incentive structures in partnership with department heads.





¢ Develop employee engagement, discipline, and culture-building programs suited to a factory and field-sales environment.

¢ Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters fairly and consistently.

¢ Create and maintain HR policy manuals, documentation, and audit-readiness across all departments.

¢ Partner with leadership on organisation structure, manpower planning, and role clarity as the company scales.

Requirements

¢ 1015 years of overall HR experience, with a robust track record in a manufacturing / factory environment.

¢ Demonstrated experience setting up or independently running an HR function/department from the ground up.

¢ Solid working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance applicable to manufacturing units.

¢ Strong people skills able to work across shop-floor staff, sales teams, and leadership.

¢ Self-starter, comfortable operating with high ownership and minimal handholding.

¢ Fluent in English and Telugu; Hindi is a plus.
