Role Summary

We are looking for an HR Associate/Deputy officer to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The role will handle recruitment, onboarding, Contract labour management, employee records, attendance & leave, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR MIS, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.

· Contract labour arrangement and administration.

· Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

· Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS/database, personnel files, and HR documentation.

· Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll/accounts teams for monthly processing.

· Address employee queries and support employee relations and grievance resolution.

· Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, welfare initiatives, and internal communication.

· Support confirmation, and other HR processes.

· Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment reports, attendance reports,



and management dashboards.

· Ensure adherence to company HR policies and support labour-law/statutory compliance.

· Assist HR Manager/HR Head in implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· MBA / MSW in Human Resources or a relevant qualification is preferred.

· 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Operations role.

· Strong knowledge of recruitment,Contract labour management, employee engagement, HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

· Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to relocate to Dharapuram is mandatory.

· Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day HR activities and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace will be preferred.

· Notice Period : Immediate or less than 15 days.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
