Role: Plant Manager – Electrical / Switchgear

Experience: 8–15 years in Electrical Manufacturing / Switchgear Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall plant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day production activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve quality and delivery targets.
- Manage manufacturing of electrical and switchgear products such as panels, switchboards, and related equipment.
- Lead and supervise Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other plant teams.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production capacity.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor production cost, wastage, productivity, and overall plant efficiency.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and proper utilization of plant machinery and equipment.
- Maintain safety, 5S, housekeeping,



and statutory compliance within the plant.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular production and plant performance reports.
- Train and develop team members to improve productivity and process efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of electrical manufacturing and switchgear products.
- Experience in plant management and production operations.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, switchboards, MCC/PCC, and related equipment.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings, BOM, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, 5S, and production planning.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/MS Excel and production reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
