Job Responsibilities and Impact:

1. Responsible for plant operation and productivity.
2. Ensures all manufacturing processes and production work and facilitates on-time delivery, cost, quality performance of work force and safety goals are met as per the organization specification.
3.



Responsible for focusing on the day-to-day management production activities and internal processes to ensure maximum productivity.
4. Generate daily plan, weekly plan, based on planning team inputs
5. Identify bottle necks for monthly forecast plans.
6. Adopt immediate change in plan based on customer need and SCM input.
7. Result oriented approach and positive analytical thinking.
8. Monitors daily, weekly and monthly production performance against forecast.
9. Ensures off-schedule results are identified and corrected.
10. Ensures the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) has been effectively implemented and followed
11. Identify RCA for all NCRs and ensure that RCA is implemented properly.
12. Cooperates with other departments (i.e. engineering, materials, QA, etc.) to continuously look for opportunities to eliminate waste and reduce costs in all its forms.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical and/or equivalent, Preferable a master’s degree in engineering or management.
2. Experience in Transformers Industry and Should have experience of voltage class 132kV
3. 15-20 years’ experience in related fields in transformer industry
4. Commanding, credibility, integrity, discretion, diplomacy, flexibility, emotional intelligence.
5. Extroverted with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
6. Telugu local language is required along with fluency in English & Hindi.
7. All prospective employees must pass a background & Health check.
