- Manage overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch.
- Achieve production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines and resources.
- Handle die casting processes, productivity improvement and process optimization.
- Monitor quality, rejection, wastage and production efficiency. Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth functioning of plant machinery.
- Manage manpower, shift planning and shop-floor discipline. Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory and company policies.
