We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to manage the overall operations of our Dry Mix Mortar / Construction Chemicals manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for production, quality, maintenance, manpower, safety, inventory, cost control, and ensuring timely achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the dry mix manufacturing plant.

- Plan and achieve production targets as per business requirements and customer demand.

- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, raw materials, machinery, and plant capacity.

- Monitor production processes for products such as Dry Mortar, Tile Adhesive, Wall Putty, Plaster, AAC Block Adhesive and other construction chemicals.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Dispatch, Sales and Accounts departments.





- Ensure proper availability and consumption control of raw materials such as cement, sand, fillers, polymers, additives and other chemicals.

- Monitor batch-wise production, wastage, yield and overall manufacturing cost.

- Implement systems to reduce production losses, wastage and downtime.

- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

- Maintain production records, MIS reports and other operational documentation.

- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve product quality issues and customer complaints.

- Manage and develop production, maintenance, quality and other plant manpower.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement and cost reduction.

- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products in coordination with the logistics team.
