Plant Head

- Responsible for the overall management and performance of the manufacturing plant also to overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing resource utilization.
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
- To manage workforce planning, safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
- Also responsible to leads process improvement initiatives, controls costs, coordinates with cross-functional departments, and ensures timely delivery of products.




- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a explicit sense of direction and focus.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.

Exp: Min 10 Yrs Qualification: BE/ B.Tech- Mechanical, Production,

Industry Preference- Only Door or Acoustic Ind.

Pay: ₹560,244.30 - ₹1,946,550.85 per year
