Role & responsibilities : To manage Dya to Day Operations of the Manufacturing Plant- specifically in Steel Fabrication-CNC Turrent Punching, Laser Cutting , Welding, Surface Finishing, Powder Coating and Assembly Operations. CNC Machining on VMC etc .
Responsibility will include: Managing Orders, Production and Material Planning , Manpower Planning and Managing, Timely execution and deliveries. The Plant Manager will be responsible for upgrading Processes, imnprove efficiency , OEE, and imlement automation systems.
Preferred candidate profile : BTech/BE in mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with specific experience in managing medium sized CNC/Laser fabrication Unit . Min 5-10 Years of experience in similar Industry is a must.
Perks and benefits Salary will be as CTC , with additional Incentive advantages.
