Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for overall business operations of the Manufacturing plant mainly engaged in Precision Steel Fabrication

- Will be responsible for achieving Top Line and Bottom line for the unit

- Job involves achieving high levels of productivity and quality in precision steel fabrication

- Position demands excellent leadership qualities and high energy levels to build good work culture.

- Position demands good knowledge of cncmachine, fabrication techniques and Recent product developments

- Must be well equipped and should be able to implement Lean Manufacturing and other productivity improvement systems.

- Understand Customers Demands and ensure delivery as committed.

- Directs the activities of the business development and its operation to ensure a profitable business.





- Fulfill the objectives of unit as set by the company management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Incumbent should be B.E Mechwith 18-25years experience in steel fabrication in Engineering /Automotive / Project based industry

- Should have strong hold on manufacturing and manpower handling.

- Candidate should be from General or precision engineering companies.

- Must have a high level understanding of customers technical & functional requirements for ensuring an acceptable quality level.

- Also must possess a high degree of networking skill to build and nurture long-term customer’s loyalty.

- Adherence to Environment, Health and Safety norms
