Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and general ledger.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly closings and year-end audits in accordance with GAAP principles.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations (direct & indirect) by preparing timely returns.

- Analyze financial performance using key metrics such as ROI, COGS ratio, etc. to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in plant accounting or related field.

- Solid knowledge of direct taxes (income tax), indirect taxes (VAT/Service Tax/Excise).

- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.
