IPE Globalis expanding its Tourism, Heritage and Coastal Development team and is lookingto hire experienced professionals for a potential chance in Bengaluru.This role will offer the opportunity to lead and support high-impact , donor / government-funded tourism development engagements in Karnataka and acrossIndia.

Required Qualifications& Experience (as per TOR):

RelevantMaster's degree (Planning, Infrastructure Management, Project Management,Engineering, or equivalent), with 7 years of experience, including:

- Minimum 4 years' combined experience in infrastructure planning/project development (Master Plans, DPRs, Feasibility Reports) and procurement/bid process management for government/PSU clients, preferably in the tourism/infrastructure sector.
- Experience working on tourism projects for Central/State Government/PSU.
- Experience preparing tender documents (services/consultancy).
- Familiarity with coastal planning/CRZ regulations.

Broad Scopeof Work:

1. Tourism Project Conceptualization & Planning Leadership Lead ideation, conceptualization, and planning of tourism products and site interventions across the three coastal districts.
2. Support with Coastal Tourism Perspective Plan, Tourism Master Plan, CZMP updating, CRZ clearance streamlining, etc.
3. Support ancillary tourism services such as certification support, green labelling, Community Engagement and Benefit Sharing, etc.
4. Feasibility, Costing & Technical Planning Support preparation of feasibility assessments, cost estimates,



and technical planning inputs for identified tourism projects and infrastructure interventions. Prepare project profiles.
5. Land Bank & Project Profiling Support land availability assessment, land bank database creation, verification, and preparation of project profiles.
6. Site Visits & Field Assessment Undertake site visits for land verification, product identification, infrastructure planning, and assessment of CZMP/CRZ requirements.
7. Stakeholder &Inter-agency; Coordination Coordinate with DoT, districtadministrations, concerned agencies, and private stakeholders to facilitateapprovals and task completion.
8. Support, supervise, monitor and facilitate the tasks undertaken by other agencies, consultancy firms, vendors, etc. as suggested by the Client/TL and PM.
9. Meetings, MoMs & Follow-ups Coordinate meetings, prepare MoMs, and track task follow-ups across the PMU team and with clients.
10. Support on Reports & Deliverables Assist the Team Leader in preparing MPR, QPR, Action Plan, and other priority deliverables for DoT submissions. Support the other experts and team members in executing the tasks being undertaken by them.
11. Client Presentations Attend client meetings and prepare presentations for project progress update or approvals.
12. Any other task Execute any othertask directed by the client or assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.
