Position Summary

- Collect, analyze, and interpret plant performance data.

- Compare plant KPIs and identify best-performing plants and improvement areas.

- Provide data-driven insights and reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Download, collect, and maintain plant data in Excel/databases.

- Analyze productivity, manpower, quality, delivery, and performance KPIs.

- Compare plants and identify benchmarks.

- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

- Prepare Excel dashboards, charts, and reports.

- Monitor trends, deviations, and productivity.

- Conduct weekly/monthly plant performance analysis.

- Develop automated reports and ensure data accuracy.

- Coordinate with plants for data clarification and consistency.

Required Skills

- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query,



formulas

- Power BI/Tableau preferred

- Data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills

Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience

- 6 months to 1 years in manufacturing data analysis, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or plant performance reporting.
