Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts to ensure successful project delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.

- Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on project status.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize planning processes.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field.

- Solid understanding of schedule planning principles, including Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, and critical path analysis.

- Proficiency in creating detailed project schedules using software such as MS Project or similar tools.
