Summary

We are seeking an experienced Planning & Controls Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, cost controls, and project reporting for large-scale building construction projects. The role requires a professional with strong expertise in end-to-end project controls for complex developments such as university campuses, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, resorts, malls, villas, and mixed-use developments.

About the Role:

- Develop, monitor, and manage integrated project schedules, baseline programs, recovery plans, and milestone tracking for large-scale building construction projects.
- Lead project controls functions including planning, progress monitoring, cost controls, earned value analysis, delay analysis, risk assessment, and forecasting.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within approved schedules and budgets.
- Generate and present weekly, monthly, and executive-level project performance reports, dashboards, critical path analysis, and management information systems (MIS).
- Establish project control procedures, monitor productivity, identify schedule risks, recommend mitigation measures, and support claims and extension of time (EOT) assessments.

About You:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP, Primavera P6, or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in planning and project controls for large-scale building construction projects such as university campuses, schools, colleges, hospitals,



hotels, resorts, malls, villas, commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, Excel, project dashboards, cost reporting, and project performance analytics.
- Proven experience in preparing baseline schedules, resource loading, cash flow projections, risk registers, recovery planning, and project controls governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
