Job Summary

TRC Corporate Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a CA Qualified professional with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience for a Plant Finance role with one of our clients in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

The selected candidate will be on TRC payroll and will be deployed at the client location in Indiranagar.

The role will be responsible for Plant Finance, plant costing, performance management, budgeting and forecasting, inventory management, MIS, variance analysis and finance business partnering with Plant and Operations teams.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Finance & Performance Management

- Establish and drive weekly/monthly Plant Finance performance cadence.
- Standardize MIS, financial controls, reporting formats and KPIs across plant locations.
- Coordinate with Plant Finance teams and drive a common finance agenda.
- Track action items from finance and operational reviews and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare and present periodic performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Plant Performance & Cost Management
- Benchmark plant performance across key financial and operational parameters.
- Monitor cost, yield, productivity, material consumption, wastage, inventory and other plant KPIs.
- Analyze cost and yield variances and identify underlying operational drivers.
- Review material, conversion, manpower,



overhead, logistics and other plant-related costs.
- Identify cost leakages, savings opportunities and areas for margin improvement.

Plant Economics
- Track end-to-end plant economics across sourcing, inward, production, processing, storage and dispatch.
- Analyze cost movements and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Plant and Operations teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast.
- Analyze significant variances and drive corrective actions.
- Build business cases for cost optimization, capacity, network and other plant initiatives.

Finance Business Partnering
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to Plant Heads, Supply Chain leadership and Operations teams.
- Translate operational performance into financial impact and actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven financial insights to support business decisions.
- Work closely with senior Finance and Operations stakeholders.

MIS & Management Reporting
- Develop and maintain standardized Plant Finance MIS and dashboards.
- Provide timely and accurate financial and operational reporting.
- Track KPIs and highlight trends, risks, opportunities and improvement areas.




- Prepare management review decks and presentations for senior leadership.

Process Improvement & Controls
- Strengthen controls around inventory, costing, procurement, production and plant operations.
- Identify potential leakages and control gaps.
- Drive standardization of finance processes and reporting across locations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution of control gaps.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification

- CA Qualified – Mandatory

Experience
- 4–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Plant Finance / Supply Chain Finance / Manufacturing Finance preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Perishables, Manufacturing, Retail or similar operational businesses will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
