We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with 8-10 years of experience in an apparel export house. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, budgeting, capacity planning, and Time & Action (T&A;) management to ensure timely execution of orders and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage production plans in line with customer delivery schedules.
- Prepare and monitor budgets to optimize production costs and resources.
- Drive effective Time & Action (T&A;) planning and ensure milestone adherence.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, and Quality teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor production capacity and allocate resources efficiently.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time deliveries.




- Analyze planning data and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure continuous process improvement to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- 10–15 years of experience in an apparel export house.
- Solid knowledge of Budgeting, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, and T&A; Management.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning/reporting tools.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
