Job Summary

Planning & Controls Associate Lead - Data Center Construction Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, tracking critical path activities and milestones for data center construction delivery. Monitor project progress, analyze schedule variances, and provide regular reports on performance metrics, earned value analysis, and forecasting to project leadership. Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify schedule risks, develop recovery plans, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Conduct resource planning, cost control analysis, and change management while maintaining project documentation and implementing best practices in planning methodologies.
