Role Description The Placement Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Tumkur campus.

The Placement

Officer will coordinate campus placement activities, including scheduling recruitment drives, liaising with companies, and maintaining employer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding learners on resume preparation, interview skills, and career paths, as well as organizing training sessions, workshops, and industry interactions. The role also involves tracking placement outcomes, maintaining placement records, preparing reports,



and collaborating with academic teams to align learner readiness with employer expectations.

Officer will represent the institute professionally to external stakeholders and support initiatives that enhance the institute’s placement performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in campus placement coordination and employer relationship management.
