Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and employers for placement opportunities.

- Identify job openings matching the skills and qualifications of trained candidates.

- Coordinate with employers for job drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.

- Mobilize and prepare eligible candidates for placement opportunities.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on employer requirements.

- Coordinate the complete interview and selection process.

- Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, selections, and placements.

- Regularly follow up with candidates and employers to ensure successful joining.

- Achieve assigned placement targets within the given timeline.

- Conduct employer visits and participate in job fairs, placement drives, and recruitment events.

- Collect and maintain placement-related documentation and reports.

- Coordinate with trainers and mobilizers to ensure candidates are placement-ready.

- Provide post-placement follow-up and support to candidates and employers.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
