Role Description The Placement Officer Intern role is an internship position focused on supporting campus placement and candidate engagement activities, and it is a remote role. The intern will assist in coordinating placement drives, maintaining candidate databases, and communicating with educational institutions and hiring partners.

Daily responsibilities include guiding students through placement processes, sharing relevant opportunities, and providing basic career counseling support. The intern will also help organize training or orientation sessions,



gather feedback from candidates and employers, and prepare simple reports on placement outcomes and activities.

Qualifications

- Ability to support campus placement activities, including coordinating with institutions and managing placement-related processes.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with students, educational partners, and hiring organizations.
- Interest or experience in career counseling, guiding candidates on career paths and job readiness.
- Capability to assist with training and education-related initiatives, such as workshops or orientation sessions.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling candidate information and schedules.
- Comfort working remotely with basic proficiency in productivity and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a professional approach to interacting with diverse stakeholders.
