About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **Training & Placement Intern to support our Training & Placement (T&P;) team in building solid relationships with companies and helping students with placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the T&P; team in coordinating placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Identify and research potential companies for student placement opportunities.
- Connect with HRs, recruiters, and companies through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and regularly update company and recruiter databases.
- Coordinate with students regarding placement drives, interviews, schedules, and requirements.
- Collect and maintain student placement-related data and documentation.
- Follow up with companies regarding job openings, interview schedules, and candidate feedback.
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, webinars, and career-related sessions.
- Maintain daily reports and provide regular updates to the T&P; team.
- Support the team in achieving placement and corporate-connect targets.

Requirements Requirements

- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM, BBA, HR, Marketing, or a related field .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.



**- Comfortable making calls and communicating with HRs/recruiters.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in **Training & Placement, HR, or Corporate Relations . Preferred Skills
- Recruitment or corporate communication experience.
- LinkedIn networking skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
