We are looking for a Placement Manager to manage student placements, build relationships with companies, and support students in finding suitable job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete placement process for students.

- Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.

- Identify and coordinate suitable job opportunities for students with recruiters.

- Understand student profiles and match them with suitable job opportunities.

- Guide students regarding job opportunities and interview preparation.

- Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement activities.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience specifically in student placements / placement management.





- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training Institutes, or Academies is preferred.

- Must have experience handling student placements and connecting students with companies/job opportunities.

- Good communication and relationship- building skills.

- Strong follow - up and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with students as well as companies.

- Target - oriented and positive at managing multiple activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
