About the Role

ADS Foundation is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Manager to build corporate relationships, generate placement opportunities, coordinate recruitment activities, and support candidates throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals.
- Generate new placement and recruitment opportunities through corporate networking.
- Coordinate candidate profiles, interviews, recruitment drives, and selection processes.
- Follow up with companies and candidates until selection, offer, and joining.
- Guide candidates on job opportunities, interviews, and professional communication.
- Maintain placement records, databases, and reports using MS Office/MS Excel.
- Achieve assigned placement and recruitment targets.

Eligibility





- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in placement, recruitment, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or business development.
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong networking, and negotiation.
- Positive recruitment coordination and candidate relationship management.
- Target-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and with a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.

Compensation Salary: As per company standards and based on experience and skills.
