Manage BFSI corporate partnerships, drive 80%+ placement rate for certified candidates, coordinate university engagement and placement operations

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Placement Manager who has grown up in the education / certification industry and knows BFSI hiring inside-out. You will own the end-to-end placement engine for your city building corporate recruiter partnerships, driving placement outcomes for our certified candidates, and deepening engagement with our partner colleges and universities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAS)

- Corporate Partnerships: Onboard and manage BFSI hiring partners — banks, wealth firms, AMCs, broking houses, insurance companies, NBFCs and fintechs; sign placement MoUs and maintain a live mandate pipeline.
- Placement Outcomes: Drive an 80%+ placement rate for placement-eligible CWM® / ChE certified candidates within 90 days of certification; improve average CTC and offer-to-joining conversion.

University Engagement: Act as single point of contact for Training & Placement Officers across partner universities; conduct campus placement drives and recruiter connect events; add new institutional tie-ups.
- Placement Cell Operations:



Build and maintain the placement database, publish weekly Placement MIS, and document SOPs for the Placement Cell.
- Candidate Readiness: Coordinate CV standardisation, mock interviews, BFSI domain interview prep and

LinkedIn profile readiness for all placement-eligible candidates.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5–8 years of experience in placements, corporate relations or talent partnerships at an education company, EdTech, certification body, B-school or training institute.
- Hands-on experience in BFSI hiring and placements — you know the roles, the recruiters and the CTC bands across wealth management, banking, broking, AMC and insurance.
- Proven track record of working with corporate HR / TA teams and closing hiring mandates.
- Established relationships with colleges and universities — comfortable engaging TPOs, deans and academic leadership.
- Robust ownership of numbers: placement %, mandates closed, partners onboarded.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and MIS / reporting discipline.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA (HR / Finance) or BFSI certifications an advantage.
