Key Responsibilities

- Track and monitor key business metrics, sales performance and operational KPIs.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining and analysing the organisation’s P&L.;
- Track revenue, costs, margins and other financial/business metrics.
- Monitor inventory levels,



movement and stock-related metrics.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, Inventory, Sales and Business teams to collect and validate data.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of business and financial information.
- Support management with data-driven insights and ad-hoc analysis.

Key Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, finance or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of business metrics, P&L; and financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
