Responsible for piping design & layout, supporting in 3D E3D/PDMS environment. Should be familiar with applicable industry standards and codes. Review piping engineering deliverables such as site plan, plot plan, 3D-Model,

specifications, pipe wall thickness calculations, line list, valve data sheets, stress analysis reports and procurement deliverables such as enquiry requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations, purchase requisition and vendor data review for

Objectives piping items (valves, bulks, Special items, spring supports etc.)

- To perform piping engineering activities for projects. Interfaces Prior Experience/Expertise Required
- Able to Lead small to medium size of proposal/ projects.
- Develop equipment and piping layouts, isometrics, and general arrangements ensuring compliance with project

specifications, Piping materials, Codes, and standards.
- Review drawings/documentation for piping systems.
- Coordinate with other Engineering disciplines to integrate piping designs into overall plant design.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of piping components.
- Utilize CAD tools such as E3D, PDMS, CADWorx and AutoCAD for modelling, analysis, and design work.
- Responsible for checking of 3D model and other piping drawings/documents including IDC.
- Ensure compliance with approved design standards, to provide quality design.




- Coordinate vendor supplied drawings or information into project drawings.
- Prepare piping bill of material including valve list and Piping specialty list.
- Ability and willingness to travel, as required to full-fill project and business needs.
- Actively support, participate in, and maintain the integrity and on-going function of the company and facility HSSE

program; ensuring a safe/healthy work workplace.
- As required provide assistance to sales and contracts for proposals.
- Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and coordination activities with project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards for piping design deliverables.
- Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for piping systems.
- Support site activities, inspections, and troubleshooting related to piping installations as needed.
- Review the preparation of stress analysis reports and 3D Modelling works ,ensure that isometrics are updated as

required. Monitor the identification of stress factors and layout feasibility, resolve design irregularities. Provide stress and piping loads to civil engineering group, coordinate on technical issues as required.
- Preparing and reviewing Discipline Standardisation documents
