ShipAgent is looking for reliable and responsible Pickup Executives to handle parcel pickups from e-commerce sellers and businesses across Delhi NCR.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up parcels from assigned sellers/customers.
- Verify shipment details and parcel quantities.
- Safely handle and transport packages to the designated ShipAgent hub/warehouse.
- Update pickup status through the ShipAgent system/app.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Ensure timely and secure parcel collection.
Requirements:
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and locations.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Previous experience in courier, logistics, or delivery is preferred.
