We are hiring Picker Packer Associates for warehouse and hub operations. The candidate will be responsible for picking products, checking orders, packing items, and preparing orders for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Check product name, quantity, and order details before packing.
- Pack products safely and appropriately for delivery.
- Sort and organize orders according to the assigned delivery area.
- Scan products and update order status using a mobile device/app.
- Move packed orders to the designated dispatch area.
- Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of the warehouse/hub.
- Follow safety and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor and other warehouse team members.
- Complete assigned daily picking and packing targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum 10th pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in warehouse, e-commerce, logistics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.
- Basic smartphone/app knowledge.
- Should be comfortable with standing, walking, and handling products during working hours.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
