Key Responsibilities

- Conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions and recommending the right customized treatment plan.

- Emphasizing the importance and benefits of the prescribed treatment to members and engaging them to pursue the therapy.

- Keep a track of the conversions and following up with the respective team.

- Intermittent supervisory visits to judge the progress of therapy and get member feedback as well.

- Motivate renewal for all possible cases.

- Cross-sale of DME (durable medical equipments),

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy with experience of at least 2-3 years.

- Valid registration.

Skills & Attributes

- Strong communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach — essential when dealing with elderly members.

- Proactive mindset, able to anticipate and provide timely support of all kinds to members.

- Comfortable using company-provided mobile apps and digital tools for documentation and coordination.

- Willing and able to travel across Kolkata as needed; owning a bike/two-wheeler is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
