Job Summary

KneeXpert is looking for a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, providing physiotherapy treatment, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and guiding patients throughout their recovery.

The role will also involve video consultations, patient counselling, and home exercise guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, pain, and range of motion.
- Develop personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy treatments.
- Use electrotherapy, ultrasound, and other physiotherapy equipment when required.
- Conduct video consultations and provide appropriate physiotherapy guidance.
- Guide patients regarding home exercises, posture, mobility, and injury prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow clinical, hygiene, and patient-safety protocols.





Requirements
- BPT or MPT from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration/license, if applicable.
- Good knowledge of physiotherapy, anatomy, rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercises.
- Positive communication and patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable conducting both in-person and video consultations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team.
- Freshers with good clinical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, knee, or sports rehabilitation.
- Basic knowledge of manual therapy techniques.
- Good patient counselling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient-focused and compassionate approach.
