Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused Floater Physiotherapist who will provide physiotherapy services through home visits and support different clinic locations as required. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining proper treatment records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Home Visit Physiotherapy

- Conduct physiotherapy sessions at patients' homes as per the assigned schedule.
- Assess patients' physical condition, mobility, pain, strength, and functional limitations.
- Provide appropriate physiotherapy treatment based on the patient's condition and treatment plan.
- Handle patients with conditions related to back pain, neck pain, knee pain, joint pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and mobility issues.
- Educate patients and their family members about exercises, posture, mobility, and home-care practices.

2. Patient Assessment & Treatment Planning

- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
- Prepare individualized treatment plans based on patient requirements.
- Select appropriate therapeutic exercises and physiotherapy techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain proper records of patient assessments, treatment provided, and progress.

3. Floater Responsibilities

- Provide physiotherapy services across different clinic locations whenever required.
- Manage changes in schedules and locations based on operational requirements.




- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and clinical team regarding patient appointments and treatment plans.
- Be flexible to travel between assigned clinics and patient home locations.

4. Patient Care & Communication

- Maintain professional and courteous communication with patients and their families.
- Explain treatment procedures and expected outcomes clearly.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during every session.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow organizational protocols.

Required Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and physiotherapy treatment skills.
- Good knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent patient handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during home visits.
- Good time management and scheduling skills.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for home visits.
- Flexible to work at different clinic locations as required.
- Professional, patient-focused, and responsible approach.

Qualification
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is mandatory.
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) will be an added advantage.
- Valid registration/certification as applicable.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in physiotherapy.
- Experience in home healthcare, rehabilitation, orthopedic physiotherapy, or pain management will be preferred.
- Freshers with solid clinical knowledge and willingness to travel may also be considered.
