- Academic Support

- Conduct practical lab sessions aligning with curriculum standards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IB, A-Levels, or state boards).

- Demonstrate experimental setups, measurement techniques, and error analysis for topics like optics, mechanics, electricity, and magnetism.

- Guide students in maintaining accurate, systematic laboratory journals and observation workbooks.

- Provide individualized support to help students understand the mathematical and physical principles behind each experiment.

Lab Management &

- Safety

- Enforce strict laboratory safety protocols and ensure students handle equipment responsibly.

- Maintain, calibrate, and organize physics apparatus (e.g., vernier calipers, spectrometers, potentiometers, prisms, and circuits).

- Manage the inventory of laboratory supplies, tracking breakage and raising procurement requests for recent equipment.

- Ensure the laboratory remains clean, organized,



and a productive learning environment.

Assessment &

- Evaluation

- Grade students' laboratory reports, practical journals, and viva-voce performance.

- Design and conduct mock practical examinations to prepare students for final board evaluations.

- Assess students on their technical skills, data recording accuracy, and analytical reasoning.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or a related engineering field. A degree in Education (e.g., B.Ed.) is highly preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience teaching senior secondary physics laboratory practicals.

Pay: ₹12,453.11 - ₹14,000.00 per month
