We are looking for a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to join our IIT Foundation coaching program. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics concepts, developing students' problem-solving abilities, and preparing them for competitive examinations such as JEE.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics concepts for students in Grades 710 (IIT Foundation).
- Develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Guide students in Olympiad and competitive examination preparation.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual feedback.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field.
- Robust subject knowledge in Physics.
- Prior experience in IIT Foundation / JEE coaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for school students.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
