Obtain and document patients' medical histories, presenting complaints, vital signs, and relevant clinical information.
Monitor patients' clinical condition and promptly report significant changes or abnormalities to the treating Doctor.
Collect and interpret relevant clinical information and assist in reviewing laboratory and diagnostic reports
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient medical records.
Prepare clinical notes, treatment documentation, discharge summaries, and other required medical records.
Provide appropriate patient and family education regarding medications, treatment plans, follow-up appointments, preventive care, and general health instructions as directed by the doctor.
Ensure appropriate follow-up of investigations, referrals,
and treatment plans.
Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, procedures, and other clinical activities as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations.
Participate in clinical audits, quality-improvement initiatives, continuing education, and career development activities.
