Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PHP & WordPress Developer with UI/UX experience to develop, customize, maintain, and improve the company's website.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with PHP and WordPress development, along with good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web development, and UI/UX principles.

The candidate will be responsible for customizing and maintaining the existing WordPress website, developing and modifying themes/plugins, implementing new website features, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a responsive, secure, high-performing, and user-friendly website.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites using PHP.
- Customize WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and website functionality as required.
- Develop and modify PHP-based functionality for WordPress websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PHP, WordPress, plugin, theme, and website-related technical issues.
- Design and implement recent web pages, sections, layouts, forms, and website features.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional WordPress pages.
- Customize WordPress websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Ensure websites are responsive and work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimize website performance, page speed, usability, and overall functionality.
- Maintain and update WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
- Identify and resolve UI, layout, responsive, browser compatibility, and functional issues.
- Work with designers and content teams to implement website and UI/UX requirements.




- Implement basic SEO-friendly website structures and practices.
- Test website changes and functionality before deployment to the live environment.
- Maintain website security, backups, and regular technical maintenance.
- Monitor website functionality and resolve technical issues when required.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, navigation, and overall user experience.

Required Skills

1. PHP – Primary Skill

- Strong hands-on experience with PHP development.
- Good understanding of PHP fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience using PHP for WordPress website customization and development.
- Experience developing or customizing WordPress themes and plugins using PHP.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug PHP-related issues.
- Understanding of PHP-MySQL integration and database concepts.

2. WordPress – Primary Skill

- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development and customization.
- Good knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, templates, widgets, menus, and page builders.
- Experience customizing existing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Experience with WordPress website development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of WordPress structure, functions, hooks, and customization.




- Experience implementing new features and functionality in WordPress websites.

3. Web Technologies

- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.
- Knowledge of MySQL/database concepts.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and debugging.
- Understanding of website hosting, domains, DNS, and SSL will be an advantage.

4. UI/UX

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience implementing clean, modern, and user-friendly website layouts.
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Understanding of typography, spacing, colors, navigation, visual hierarchy, and usability.
- Ability to convert UI/UX designs into functional and responsive WordPress pages.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong PHP development experience
- Strong WordPress development and customization experience
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Practical understanding of UI/UX and responsive design
- Experience with Figma/Adobe XD or similar tools
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve website-related technical issues
- Ability to work on both the technical development and visual/UI aspects of the website

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
