Role Description The PHP Web Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining energetic web applications that power Criclive.in’s live commentary, news, and community features. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing server-side logic in PHP, integrating front-end components, managing databases, and ensuring high performance and reliability of the platform.

The role involves collaborating closely with product, design, and content teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Janakpuri,



requiring regular coordination with the team and active participation in technical decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong back-end web development skills, including PHP and related frameworks, with experience in designing and maintaining scalable server-side applications.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and ability to write clean, reusable, and well-structured code.
- Proficiency in front-end development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience integrating front-end components with back-end services.
- Experience in general software development and programming, including debugging, testing, version control (e.g., Git), and working with APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases (such as MySQL), basic query optimization, and secure data handling practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Janakpuri, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with high-traffic or real-time web applications, and an interest in cricket or sports technology, is an advantage.
