About The Role This is a full-time remote role for a PHP Developer at Suitepedia. The PHP Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end services and APIs that power Suitepedia’s content and learning platform.

The role requires writing clean, effective PHP code, integrating third-party services, and optimizing database interactions to ensure high performance and reliability. Collaboration with front-end developers is essential to ensure seamless data flow and user experience. The PHP Developer will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and uphold best practices in software development.

Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements based on user feedback, and supporting the ongoing improvement of Suitepedia's technical ecosystem to ensure platform stability and scalability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with a focus on PHP and server-side logic.




- Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Software Development skills, including design patterns and clean code practices.
- Candidates should have foundational Front-End Development skills to collaborate effectively on integrations and user-facing features.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL), version control (Git), and RESTful API development is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, SuiteScript, or ERP systems is a plus, as well as experience working in remote, distributed teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent practical experience is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
